Glaucous green/silver foliage with violet flowers. This variety boasts a deeper shade of purple than most English Hybrids display. It's also somewhat more compact for the type, making it great for tighter spaces.
English Lavender Hybrids (Lavandula x intermedia) are formed by crossing regular English Lavender (L. angustifolia) with Portuguese Lavender (L. latifolia). The aim of this cross is getting the best of garden hardiness from the English with the higher fragrance and longer flowers of the Portuguese.
